The floor and the linen from one supplier. Carpet tile for the corridors, terry for the bathrooms, bed linen for the rooms, on one purchase order and one delivery schedule. Specified for hotels, resorts, spas and serviced apartments across the UAE.
Sectors
Each one asks something different of the floor and the linen, and each one is specified separately.
The division pages sort by product. This sorts by the room you are standing in.
| Area | Flooring | Home linen | What decides the specification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Guest rooms | Wall to Wall Carpet · LVT | Bed Linen · Plush terry · Bathrobes | The finish the guest sees first, and how it ages across a refurbishment cycle. |
| Corridors and lobbies | Carpet Tiles, heavy commercial | Not applicable | Traffic rating and fire class. This is the tightest requirement in the building. |
| Guest bathrooms | LVT | Plush terry · Bath mats | Towel weight, and whether the terry survives a bleach cycle without flattening. |
| Spa and treatment rooms | LVT · Wall to Wall Carpet | Plush terry · Bathrobes | Slip rating when wet underfoot, and texture against skin. |
| Pool deck | SPC Flooring | Quick dry terry · Pool towels | Drying speed, and a separate colour so pool stock never mixes with room stock. |
| Meeting and event space | Carpet Tiles, general commercial | Not applicable | Acoustics and castor chair suitability. |
| Back of house | SPC Flooring · Raised Flooring | Quick dry terry | Durability against unit cost. Nothing here is guest facing. |
Welspun Living makes the range, and True Marketing holds it in stock across the Middle East & Africa. Below are retailers we supply, and hotel groups Welspun supplies worldwide.

Floors go down overnight, corridor by corridor. Linen swaps floor by floor. Tell us the phasing and we will schedule delivery against it rather than dropping the whole order at once.
Corridors and escape routes carry the tightest requirement in the building. Send the drawings and we will specify against them rather than leaving you to check it.
Weight is what the buyer looks at. Construction is what decides whether the towel still has loft at the end of the season.
Floor and linen on one purchase order, one delivery window and one contact. That is the reason to use us rather than two suppliers.
Certified at the factory
Welspun holds these at the factory. Nothing is certified batch by batch, so everything we supply is already covered.
Sustainable textile production, audited at facility level.
A traceable number on every piece, back to the mill that made it.
Quality, environment and occupational safety management.
Indoor air quality testing programme of the Carpet and Rug Institute.
Stock and lead times
Held in the UAE
Carpet tile, SPC and LVT kept in stock in Sharjah, so a fitout can start without waiting on a shipment.
Done by us
We supply and install for fitout companies, contractors and hotels, on the programme the site is working to.
Shorter lead times
Digitally printed carpet made for lobbies, banquet halls and auditoriums, with an acoustic underlay under it.
Yes. That is the reason this page exists. One order, one delivery schedule and one contact across both divisions, rather than running a floor supplier and a linen supplier in parallel.
Yes. Carpet tile goes down overnight with no adhesive and no curing time, and linen is swapped floor by floor. Tell us the phasing and we schedule deliveries against it.
The whole UAE. Stock is held in Sharjah and delivered across the Emirates, and we ship to the rest of the GCC, Jordan and Africa from India or from Sharjah.
Yes. Send the brand standard and we will match weight, construction and colour to it, with samples for approval before the order.
Both. Our own teams fit what we supply, measured before we quote. Supply only is available if you have your own installer.
We read it the same working day, specify against your brief and come back with a written quotation, the specification sheets and samples free across the UAE.
