How free samples work: who can request them, how many, and how they reach you across the UAE.
Free samples across the UAE
True Marketing sends samples of its flooring and home linen free of charge to addresses in the UAE. Designers, buyers and contractors use them to check colour, texture and weight before they specify.
How many you can request
Each request holds up to six samples, one of each design. Add them from any product page with Add to samples, then send the basket.
Need more than six designs? Send the first request, then start another, or call us to talk through the project.
What a sample looks like
Carpet tile samples are a cut piece of the tile, or a full tile where we hold one. Linen samples show the cloth, weave and colour of the product you chose.
Delivery
We deliver samples free to any address in the UAE. Each request receives a reference number by email straight away.
After your request
Our team checks every request and may call to understand the project. Your request then moves from received, to dispatched, to a follow up call.
When you are ready, the same team prepares a quotation from your chosen samples.
Keeping or returning samples
Please ask our team if you need a sample collected after your project is decided.
Your information
We use the name, phone number and address on your request only to deliver your samples and follow up. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
