The few cookies and browser storage this website uses, and how to remove them. We run no analytics or advertising cookies.
What this site stores
This website saves a few small files in your browser so that parts of it work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and nothing here follows you to other websites.
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Some features use browser storage instead, which works the same way but stays on your device until you clear it.
Why we use them
| Purpose | What it does for you | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
| Sample basket | Remembers the samples you add while you browse, so they are still there when you send your request. | Up to two days |
| Recent searches | Shows your last few searches when you open search again. They stay on your device and never reach us. | Until you clear your browser |
| Offline page | Keeps one simple page ready, so you see a clear message if your connection drops. | Until you clear your browser |
| Your cookie choice | Remembers that you have seen our cookie notice, so it does not appear on every page. | One year |
| Staff sign in | Keeps our own team signed in while they update the website. Visitors never receive it. | Staff only |
Most of these appear only when you use the feature they support. All of them are needed for the site to work as described.
The map on our contact page
The contact page shows a Google map of our showroom. It loads only when you scroll down to it.
Once the map loads, Google may set its own cookies. Google’s cookie policy explains what they do.
How to remove them
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and stored data in its settings. Clearing them empties your sample basket and your recent searches, and the cookie notice will show once more.
Blocking cookies stops the sample basket from working. The rest of the site still works without them.
Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie or a new tool, we update this page and the date at the top. Anything optional, such as analytics, would only run after you agree to it.
